As Chief Executive Officer, Jeff Bissell leads Air Engineers with a focus on strategic growth, operational excellence, and strong dealer partnerships. Representing the third generation of family ownership, he guides expansion across our service regions while reinforcing the company’s position as the longest-running independent Trane Technologies distributor in the country.

Gil Murdock

President

Gil Murdock directs the day-to-day operations of Air Engineers, keeping sales, distribution, training, and customer support aligned across all territories. His leadership connects teams in the field with warehouse operations and executive strategy to keep dealers supplied and supported.

Working closely with territory managers and internal leadership, Gil helps drive growth in both established and emerging markets. His focus on coordination, responsiveness, and operational consistency reinforces the service standards dealers have come to expect from Air Engineers.
